Harold R. Rennells, age 56, of Iron Ridge passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at his home following after a courageous battle with cancer.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 29 at 1 p.m. at the Koepsell Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. noon at the funeral home in Beaver Dam. Military Honors will follow the service.

Harold was born the son of Paul D. and Ruth L. (Dewey) Rennells on April 10, 1962 in Denver, Colorado. He was a veteran of the US National Guard. While in Oregon, Harold took great pride working as assistant manager at Bob Shores BP Gas Station and then went on to work for Automated Pet Care Products in Juneau. In his spare time Harold enjoyed the outdoors and especially camping with his fiancé Judy and his extended family. He was an avid reader and loved watching football especially the Denver Broncos and the Green Bay Packers. Harold loved to socialize with his family and friends and enjoy an ice cold Coors Light. Harold will be fondly remember for living life to the fullest!

Harold is survived by his fiancé- Judy Baerwald of Iron Ridge. His children- Joshual Rennells of Oregon and Jessica (special friend Jay) Rennells of Oregon. His step children- Ray (Shirley) Rice of Oregon, Mike Rice of Idaho, John (special friend Rayne) Rice of Iron Ridge, Alex Rice of Oregon, Ashley (Jon) DeVries of Horicon, Joshua (special friend Rachel) Baerwald of Doylestown, and Cody (fiancé Brianna) Baerwald of Brandon. His grandchildren- Dillion, Christopher, Mia, Bryan, Skylar, Aurora, Dawson, and Brody. His brothers- Rick Bare of Oregon, Ralph Bare of Oregon, Paul Ranells of Oregon, and Carl Rennells of Wisconsin. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Rex, James, Kenneth, and John Bare and sisters Connie Kelly, and Naomi Buford. Also his beloved dog Baxter.

Special thanks to Joe and Michele Adkins and their children Tyler, Lattica, and JR., and Tim and Cindy Wild and their children Dillion, Carter, and Simon for all of their love, support, and care shown to Harold and his family. Also, special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Hometown Hospice for their compassionate care shown to Harold through his illness.

Memorials may be directed to the family or the American Cancer Society and Hometown Hospice.
