Glenn A. Wendler, 85 years old, of Richfield, WI, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at Serenity Villa Assisted Living in Slinger.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 4th at 1:30 p.m., with inurnment at St. John Cemetery in Mayville. Graveside Military Rites will be conducted by the Mayville American Legion Post #69.

Glenn Allen Wendler was born on December 2, 1931 to Ben and Meta (Bartelt) Wendler in Mayville, WI. He was a graduate of Mayville High School. Glenn was united in marriage to Arlene E. Scheberl on May 25, 1957 at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Mayville. He was employed by Stolper Industries in Menomonee Falls as a drafting engineer.

Glenn was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Glenn enjoyed watching baseball.

Glenn is survived by: his wife Arlene of Richfield; his children- Daryl (Penny) Wendler of Fall Brook, CA, Kevon (Dawn) Wendler of Jackson, Gloria (Michael) Bader of Slinger, and Joyce (special friend Brandon) Gebert of West Bend; his 12 grandchildren- Diana, Tasha, Nichole, Leah, Randy, Katie, Tom, Ashley, Amber, Jamie, Brandon, and Jordan; 3 great grandchildren- Kaden, Mason, and Gavin; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Glenn is preceded in death by: his parents, 2 sisters, 1 brother, and his grandson Jacob Bader.
