Obituary

Elaine J. Bullette, age 93, of West Bend, formerly of Horicon passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at New Perspective Assisted Living in West Bend with her husband and daughter at her side.

A funeral service for Elaine will take place on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at the Koepsell Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam with the Chaplain Carol Burczyk officiating at 12 p.m. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at noon at the funeral home in Beaver Dam. Burial will take place at Brandon Cemetery in Brandon.

Elaine was born the daughter of Bartol and Ethel (Rost) Petak on August 8, 1925 in Racine. She was a 1943 graduate of Horlick High School. Elaine was united in marriage to Erwin Bullette on June 25, 1949 in Racine, Wisconsin. She had worked as an office clerk for various companies such as Massey- Harris, J.I. Case, and Regal Ware in Kewaskum. She was a past member of the Horicon Homemakers and also a member of the Horicon City Hall Exercise Group for over 21 years. She was a former member of the Lowell Methodist Church. Elaine enjoyed antiques in her spare time and owned and operated The Olde House Antiques in Kewaskum from 1973-1978. She also loved her many dogs. She was a member of the 'Collector's Clique' for over 20 years, serving as their treasurer.

Elaine is survived by her husband of 69 years- Erwin of West Bend. Her 3 daughters- Nancy (Mike) Hron of West Bend, Linda Bullette of Mount Horeb, and Lisa Erens of North Brook, IL. Her son- Timothy Bullette of Green Lake. Her grandchildren- Rebecca (Cary) Zborovsky, Amanda Bullette, Joshua Bullette, Elizabeth (Brad) Blanchette, Andrew Bullette, Jacqueline Erens, Samuel Erens, and William Erens. Her great grandchildren- Logan, Alyssa, Isaac, Hadley, and Sloane. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings- Robert (Virginia) Petak, Evelyn (Walter) Braatz and Lawrence (Bessie) Petak.
