Dave Andorfer, 83, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, passed away April 30, 2019. Dave was born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, on March 23, 1936, to Clarence and Blanche (Dollenjack) Andorfer. He was a 1954 graduate of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin High School and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

In 1959 Dave married Shirley Wegner at Gesu Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Upon graduation, he worked in Sheboygan for the Schreier Malting Company. They moved to Racine, Wisconsin in 1963 where he accepted a supervisory position with the JI Case Company (now CNH). After working for 34 years for CNH he retired in 1998. Dave held many positions during that time and retired from the Law Department as Manager of Patent Technology, supervising outside council and providing liaison with company Engineering Departments throughout the United States.

After retirement, he and Shirley moved to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Dave kept busy playing golf and bowling. He was a Director of the Village Loan Closet for many years providing maintenance and repair work. Dave is a member of Sacred Heart Church and a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus council and an honorary member of the 3rd degree, a member since 1966.

He is survived by his wife and three children, Lynda San (Joe), Michele Andorfer, and Michael Andorfer (Donna); and seven grandchildren.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the St. Katharine Drexel Mission Hall in Beaver Dam from 10 a.m. until time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Rev. Mike Erwin will officiate. Inurnment will take place at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Beaver Dam.
