Rest in Peace Sir. I will cherish the conversations we had solving all the worlds problems while you were undergoing treatments at the VA. My sincerest condolences.

Barb, Heather and family,

I am so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. He truly was one of the good ones with the kindest soul I've ever known. He was a loyal friend and coworker, always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile on his face. Dick made the world a better place.

Sorry you lost such a wonderful man. By my values Dick was one of the greatest men I have ever had the pleasure to have known. He has been an inspiration to me. With me being a single father Dick always made himself available to talk or to listen. Dick was always kind, with a huge heart and a wonderful sense of humor. He will be missed but lives on with me with his awesome example and sound advice. I hope to join him in heaven where I am positive he was welcomed with open arms.
God is good.

Dick was such a special guy. I don't think there is another person that could fill his shoes. I couldn't have asked for a better son in law. God Bless You Dick. Rest in peace until we meet again.

Dear Hensler Family & Friends- My deepest sympathy for the loss of your beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend. It sounds like he led a very full life in service to his country, his family, and many, many others. May the peace of Christ Jesus fill you during this time of grieving and remembrance.

So sorry for your tremendous loss. I do not believe I ever spoke to Dick without feeling better. His smile and laughter so contagious! So happy to have connected with him when you moved to Oregon. Always meeting around the block when walking our dogs and stopping to talk about the memories we shared from days gone by. He will surely be missed by many but never forgotten!
